Gregory was extremely thorough in completing my work and explaining what I need to do moving forward. He catered well to someone who isn’t comfortable with dental work and was patient with my occasional twitches.

Today, 10/28/25 was my 1st visit to this office. I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Ryan checked me in as well as he provided me with info I needed for the finance part of the visit. He was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Antoinette was responsible for my x-rays as well as assisting Dr. Dubois. Antoinette was very comforting. She made me feel as if I had known her for a long time. She was efficient, patient and knowledgeable. Gregory was my hygienist. He was patient, made sure I was comfortable explained the procedure I was having very thoroughly. He was knowledge and patient. I love the way that the staff addressed me as Ms. Sandra (that's something that you do not hear anymore in doctors offices. Thank you) Enjoyed Dr. Dubois's explanation of my situation. My overall visit was a success in my book. This is a great staff. Please continue to make patients smile

I’ve been to this office twice recently and both visits were great! I was originally scheduled for a new patient appointment, but was experiencing some pain ahead of that time. Thankfully, the office was able to accommodate seeing me ahead of my initial consultation and assisted with remedying issue with a clear, detailed, and effective treatment plan. I’m so glad I finally found my dentist here in the Charleston area and will be a loyal patient for as long as I’m here!
