He was professional and efficient at the beginning and end of my appointment today. Antoinette took my X-rays; she was efficient, gentle, personable and explained each step of the process. Her smile and personality radiated the entire space. Greg came in, measured my teeth and did gum and teeth diagnostics, alap explaining each step of the way. He was friendly, efficient and professional. Trinity assisted Greg and Dr. Dubois and was professional and lovely. Dr. Dubois was fantastic. Great personality, efficient and non-shaming. She explained what’s happening with my mouth and made suggestions that felt doable and not as awful as I assumed. This is a great practice for sure.
